This October, ECT2 President and Co-Founder Steve Woodard will present a platform talk on PFAS treatment at the 32nd Annual International Conference on Soils, Sediments, Water, and Energy. The presentation, “Sustainable Removal of Poly- and Perfluorinated Alkyl Substances (PFASs) from Groundwater Using Synthetic Media,” will be part of Session 1, PFAS (Poly & Perfluoroalkyl Substances): An Emerging Chemical Class with Major Implications, which takes place on Wednesday, October 19, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00/6:00 p.m. Woodard’s presentation is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
The conference, produced by The Association for Environmental Health & Sciences Foundation, Inc. (AEHS), runs from October 17 to 20, 2016, at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
