A regional hospital needed a quick and effective solution to not only mitigate 1,4-dioxane contamination in water used in mineral baths, but also to enhance their relationship with regulatory authorities and the community. ECT2 teamed up with DuPont Water Solutions to help tackle this challenge by incorporating DuPont’s AmberSorb™ 560 Carbonaceous Adsorbent into their modular treatment system. This collaboration between two pioneers in the emerging contaminant industry helped create an effective solution for the hospital.
