FOAM-X Pilot Project in Alaska

2024-03-29T13:23:11+00:00

In the summer of 2023, ECT2 worked on a project at Fairbanks International Airport in Alaska. Using our FOAM-X technology (foam fractionation), we successfully treated PFAS-contaminated water that had been stored in a fire training pit. From there, the foam containing PFAS waste was transferred to our destruction partner, Aquagga.

Introducing ECT2’s New PFAS Technology Tool

2024-03-29T13:24:44+00:00

We are excited to announce our new PFAS Technology Selection Tool. As PFAS treatment requirements are unique to each situation, treating PFAS cannot be a one-size fits all solution. In the video below, you’ll hear from our PFAS experts Patrick McKeown, P.E. and Nicole Bolea P.E. as they explain why we created this tool and how you can use it for your next PFAS project.
